What helps

Attach the support file from Settings › General › Privacy & Support › Save Support File. It carries the app version and which permissions are granted, and never a window image, a window title or an app name.

License

Your key arrived by email from Paddle's receipt. It works on every Mac signed in to the iCloud account you activated with; to use it with a different Apple ID, choose Release License in Settings › License first. Lost the email? Reply to your Paddle receipt or write to us with the email you used at checkout.
